Senior help for the moments
that shape what comes next.
Most of this work starts the same way. Something is not working, the cause is not obvious, and the person who can see the whole picture is the one with no time to go look at it.
I bring technology and operating leadership to growth, scale and execution problems at technology and healthcare companies between 25 and 100 people — without adding another full-time executive.
No handoff team. No hundred-page report. You work with me.
01 / Where to begin
You do not need to arrive with
the engagement figured out.
We start with the decision or the bottleneck that matters most, then define the smallest scope that creates real clarity. The shape of the work follows the problem, not a package.
If two weeks of diagnostic work is what you actually need, that is what I will tell you.
02 / The work
Four ways this usually starts.
Focused diagnostic and roadmap
A fast, structured look at the situation when the symptoms are obvious but the path forward is not.
- Stakeholder and system review
- Root-cause analysis
- Prioritized 90-day action plan
Fractional technical and operational leadership
Senior leadership for companies that need direction, alignment and accountability — but not another permanent executive.
- Technology and operating strategy
- Leadership-team alignment
- Priorities, ownership and execution cadence
Technology, systems and scaling decisions
Architecture, platform, tooling and investment calls made deliberately, before complexity gets expensive.
- Architecture and platform direction
- Build, buy or partner decisions
- Risk, readiness and modernization roadmaps
Operating systems, team and execution
Turning priorities into an operating rhythm a team can actually sustain after I leave.
- Roles, decision rights and handoffs
- Planning and delivery discipline
- Metrics, governance and accountability
03 / What changes
Useful progress, not advisory theater.
Clear priorities
The team knows what matters now and what can wait.
Confident decisions
Tradeoffs are explicit, grounded, and easier to act on.
Stronger execution
Ownership, operating rhythm and follow-through improve.
Lasting capability
Your team is stronger, and less dependent on me, when the work ends.
04 / Common questions
What people usually want to know.
Do I need to know which engagement I need?
No. The first conversation exists to clarify the real problem and the most useful next step.
Is this strategy or execution?
Both. Strategy is only useful if it changes what people do, so I make the decisions and put the operating structure behind them.
Does this require a full-time executive?
Usually not. This is built for situations that need senior attention without the cost or commitment of another permanent role.
What happens first?
A focused conversation about the stakes, the symptoms, the timing and the people involved. If there is a fit, I propose a clear first phase.
Bring the complicated part.
We will name the real issue, work out the next decision, and figure out together whether I am the right person for it.
