A steady hand in the middle of growth
More space for the work that matters.
When a technology or healthcare company of 25 to 100 people hits a new level of complexity, I bring the cross-functional judgment to connect what has drifted apart.
No handoff team. No hundred-page report. You work with me.
01 / The range
Engineering, operations, and sales — inside the same company.
I have led engineering, operations, and sales inside the same growing company. I have owned the technical decisions, operating rhythm, and commercial handoffs that usually sit with three different executives. That range is rare among fractional operators — and especially useful when the problem does not belong neatly to one function.
I am at my best inside hard, connected problems: a roadmap that does not match revenue, systems that disagree, an AI initiative without a clear owner, or a team that cannot get important decisions unstuck. I do not step around the messy parts. I figure out what is actually happening, connect the people and systems involved, and stay close enough to make the solution work.
- Led engineering inside a growing technology company
- Led operations across people, systems, and execution
- Led sales and the handoffs that drive revenue
- AI strategy, ownership, and practical adoption
02 / How I work
Clarity without adding more noise.
Start with the pressure
I start with what the pressure feels like from inside the business — where time, attention, and energy keep disappearing.
Separate urgent from important
I turn a crowded situation into a small number of clear, useful priorities, and name the one that has to move first.
Leave the room behind
I build the capacity, systems, and operating rhythms that give you and your team room to do your best work.
03 / Why it matters
A company can outgrow how it operates.
As technology and healthcare companies grow — or established businesses come to rely more heavily on software — the connections between product, operations, revenue, data, and AI get harder to manage. What looks like a tool problem is usually an ownership and decision problem.
I look across the whole system, find where the handoffs are failing, and help leadership make the decisions and operating changes that move growth forward.
Listen to the whole picture
Not one department’s version of it.
Clarify what matters now
A short list you can actually run.
Build room that lasts
Capacity that holds after I leave.
04 / How I show up
Calm enough to see clearly. Practical enough to help.
I work alongside founders and leadership teams when growth has made the connections between technology, operations, and revenue difficult to carry.
You can expect thoughtful listening, candid judgment, and practical follow-through. The goal is to reduce the noise, restore a sense of control, and leave the business easier to carry.
You do not need another project. You need enough room to see what comes next.
Let’s create some breathing room.
Start with what feels heavy. I’ll help make the next step clear.
